Sinbad Supermarket supports online payment through the currently enabled MyFatoorah gateway and cash on delivery. The payment options actually offered for your order are shown at checkout or on its payment page.
Choose and complete payment
Review the items, selling units, discounts and delivery charge before confirming payment. For an order placed as cash on delivery, you may pay cash or use an online payment link. The order must not be handed over before payment is complete.
If a payment is interrupted or its result is unclear, check your order's payment status and contact support with the order or payment reference. Do not send card details, passwords or one-time bank verification codes in a message.
Your invoice
A PDF invoice is emailed to the email address recorded for the order. A paper invoice is provided on delivery. Keep the invoice and order reference when asking about payment, missing items or a return.
Refunds and offers
Approved refunds are initiated promptly through the original payment method. For electronic payments, your bank or payment provider may take up to 7 business days to make the amount available. Coupon eligibility and combination rules follow the conditions of each approved coupon; the final order summary shows the applicable amounts.
For an approved return of an order originally paid in cash, Sinbad coordinates a cash refund delivered to you by the delivery driver. Contact support to arrange it. It is not automatically converted to a bank transfer. Support coordinates the cash handover with you.
